4. Your Uploaded Images

The images you upload for processing are handled with utmost care for your privacy. Delta Clear provides you with control over your visual content.

  • Images are processed temporarily to fulfill your requests.
  • After processing, images are either automatically deleted or stored within your Digital Asset Management (DAM) system on our platform, based on your explicit account settings.
  • We absolutely DO NOT use your uploaded images or any derived data to train our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. This consent is separate and distinct from our service agreement.
  • You retain all ownership rights to your images. Our use is limited to providing the service you requested.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. This includes:

  • Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Uploaded images, if stored in your DAM, are retained until you delete them or terminate your account.
  • Anonymized usage data may be retained for longer periods for analytical purposes.
  • Backup data is retained for a limited period according to our disaster recovery protocols.
